He was predeceased by: his parents, Ryan "Pat" McKenzie and Annie Belle Tabor McKenzie; and his sisters, Patsy Hill and Faye Linck. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Schofield McKenzie; his children, Brandy McKenzie Harper of Maynard, Chris McKenzie (Kristina) of Paragould, Pat McKenzie (Amy) of Pocahontas, Perry McKenzie (Amanda) of Paragould and Matt McKenzie (Heather) of Maynard; his brother Perry McKenzie (Daniela) of Biggers; and his nephew Tony Dawson of Michigan. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
