He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Jewell Wright Rapert and Arnold Rapert; his wife Emma Rapert; and his siblings, Howard, Roger Dale Rapert, JoAnn Milam and Brenda Nash.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Murdock (Dale) of Walnut Ridge; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Rapert of Pocahontas, Frances Riggs of Sparta, TN, Robert Riggs of Fayetteville and Bill Decker of Attica. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
