He was predeceased by: his father Oran "Buddy" Johnson; his stepfather Bill Crowder; his brothers, Matha Bogard and Timothy Johnson; and his grandson Shane Aldridge.
He is survived by: his mother Mildred Crowder; his wife Cindy Bogard; his former wife Barbara Bogard Crow; his children, Bridgett Hendrickson, Melinda Otts (Jason) and Robert Bogard Jr.; his stepchildren, Brian Nanney (Andrea), Jacob Nanney and Ashley Clapp; and his siblings, Mildred Ingram, Oran "Bugsy" Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Patricia Johnson and Barbara Baker. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and a multitude of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
