He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Foster and Ruth Ann Foster (Douglas); his spouse Melvagene Johnson; and his siblings, Virginia Smith, Wayne Foster, Bob Foster and Curtis Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Foster (Mary) of Savannah, TN, Brenda Carroll (Paul) of Martinez, GA, Rick Foster (Julie) of Rossville, IN, Sheila Holst (Fred) of Mayflower, AR and Cindy Hill (Eddie) of Mayflower, AR; his sisters, Geneva Hudson (Danny) of Mayflower, AR and Jewell Dean Alvey of Amarillo, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Britt (Ron) and Kenneth Johnson (Rosemary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
