He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Tugwell. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Tammy Gatrell (Larry) of Sherwood and Todd Tugwell (Debbie) of Malvern; his sister Janie Culpepper (Jack) of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Taylor Tugwell, Josh Plemmos (Angie) of Little Rock, Larry Gatrell Jr. (Amanda) of Pensacola, Florida, Paul, Tyler Langlois of Amite, Louisiana and Katie Kavanaugh (Scott) of California; his great grandchild Baylor Gatrell of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Jaylyn Gatrell, Eli, Ean Gatrell, Emma Cramer of Pensacola, Florida, Kaitlin, Kameran Parker of Mayflower, Stormi and Bailey of Little Rock.
