It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Koonce of Mayflower, Arkansas, born in Armorel, Arkansas, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Koonce and Alma N. McCoy Koonce; and his brothers, Robert Samual Koonce, Reginald Eugene Koonce and Mack Rayford Koonce.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Koonce (Belinda) of Horn Lake, MS, Terry Greenlee of Mountain Home, Marc Koonce (Cindy) of Pine Bluff, Jeff Koonce, Brad Koonce of Mayflower and Bryan Koonce (Stephanie) of Redfield; and his sister Alma Dean Koonce Rogers of Jackson, TN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
