He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Harper and Elsie Lawrence Harper. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Harper of Mayflower; his son Billy Wayne Harper, Jr. of Thornton; his stepchildren, Robert Castro of Mayflower, Michael Castro of Wichita Falls, TX and Tammy Rogers of Mayflower; and his sister Freda Gayle Blake of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery - Fordyce Fordyce (14281 Calhoun County Rd 77, Fordyce, AR 71742).
