Wanda Gooden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Gooden of Maumelle, Arkansas, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Wanda leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Angus Gooden (Bill) and Thelma Mary Gooden (Hurtt); and her brother Billy Joe Gooden. She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Holman of Conway and Eula Rowden of Greenbrier; and her close friend Margie Lentz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Windsong Church of Christ (3 Windsong Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72113).
