We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 70, Susan Lane Buckner of Maumelle, Arkansas, born in Jackson, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William H. Lane and Betty A. Lane; her husband Jim; her daughter Lindsey; her son-in-law Blair Pearce of Burleson, Texas; her daughter Alice; her son-in-law Jason Curtis of Dumas, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Daniel, Libby Curtis, Nathan and Josie Pearce; and her sisters, Anne Paget of Houston, TX, Lucy Brannon (Tim) of Tryon, NC and Betsy Morton (Steve) of Dallas, TX. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

Memorials to be designated to UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, 449 Jack Stephens Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205 and to the First Methodist Church Community Garden, PO Box 8003, Pine Bluff, AR 71611.
