He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethridge Thompson and Effa Thompson; and his siblings, Raymon, Earl Thompson, Eleanor Plunkett, Velda Brown and Delores Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Jackson Thompson; his son Jared Thompson (Judy Zimmerman) of Cabot; and his siblings, James (Maxine) of Cabot and Inice Stephenson of Tacoma, Washington.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Hills Baptist Church, Sherwood, AR.
