She is survived by: her children, Kellie Hornsby of Montgomery, Alabama, Tony Carter (Vickie) of Maumelle and Tim Carter (Terry) of Maumelle; and her siblings, Walter B. Kelly of Parkview, Larry Kelly of Bettendorf, Iowa and Beth Kelly of Bettendorf, Iowa.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
