She is survived by: her daughters, Trudy Smith, Kelly May (William), Tracie Johnston and Melanie Shaw (Matthew); her brother Fred Staley Jr.; and her wife Carolyn. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers her family has asked for donations to be made to "The Van".
