He is survived by: his mother Denise Marie Kalmbacher; his wife Kelly Duzan of Maumelle; his daughters, Annah Duzan of Hot Springs and Bella Duzan of Maumelle; his grandfather Richard Kalmbacher of Delaware; his brothers, Zeb Duzan of Orlando and Josh Duzan of Little Rock; his aunts and uncles, Kenny Duzan (Becky) of Columbia, Jimmy Duzan (Nikki) of St. Louis, Tom Duzan (Mary) of Monroe, Rick Kalmbacher (Suzanne) of Delaware, Debbie Hicks (Mike) of Delaware and Cyndee Ferlin (Jerry) of Delaware; his mother-in-law Diana Shaw (Chris) of Maumelle; his sister-in-law Kristin Hutchinson (Bo) of Maumelle; his nieces and nephews, Gracie, Graham, Jack, Henry, Ruby Duzan, Jayson, Jaymi, Jayden and Joel Hutchison; and his pet Lira.
