She was predeceased by: her father Emmett Moton. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Williams of Maumelle, AR; her children, Victor D. Williams of Salem, Mass. and Ruvanna Joi Williams of Huntsville, AL; her sister Essie Lasker of Conway, AR; and her granddaughter Nolah Williams of Salem, Mass.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
