She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Phillips and Florence Phillips (Langston); and her grandmother Hattie. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Pharis; her children, Donald R. Pharis, II of Monticello, Arkansas and Amy Pharis Cunningham (Bradley) of Danville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jarrett Joyner (Carrie) of Little Rock, Jordan DeZeeuw (Evan) of Portland and Jett Villanueva of Danville, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Motley, Kai and Melody; her brothers, Hal Phillips (Kathy) of Montrose, Eddie Phillips (Karen) of Flushing and Donnie Phillips (Beth) of Swartz Creek, Michigan; and her siblings-in-law, Billy Pharis (Diane) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Sharon Green of Sherwood, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
