He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cline and Vivian Cline; and his siblings, Jim, Patsy, Elizabeth and Dorothy Jean.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jenkins; his children, Donna Madden (Ray) of Maumelle, Dean Cline (Tina) of Bryant, David Cline (Shelly) of Oklahoma City and Drew Cline (Lori) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Corley, Hunter of Reed, T. J., Casey, Karis, Kaylin, Kathryn, Kenna, Kiley, Kaden, Daisy and Jovie; and his great grandchildren, Lawson, Savvy, Merritt, Ellie Joy, Molly Mae, MaKai, Bleu, Auggie and Zachariah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
