She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Wilk and Anna Chicoski Wilk; her son Blaise Gubanski; and her siblings, Paul, David, Margaret Raines (Arthur) and Regina Pruss (Joe).
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Natalie Gubanski, Andrea Kintner (Kevin) and Frank Gubanski (Michelle); her grandson Mason Wade Hoover; her sister-in-law Hattie Wilk (David); and her sibling Grand Prairie Arts. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
