She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boydston and Eula Boydston; her son Ronald Edward Cureton; and her sisters, Jewel Fisher, Wanda McCall and Ernestine Jones.
She is survived by: her significant other William Cureton; her daughter Denise Whitwell; her grandchildren, Christina Potts (Daniel) and Michael Whitwell; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Chloe, Kayleigh and Lily Mae.
