He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Scaife Gibson and Grover Cleveland Gibson (G. C.). He is survived by: his wife Emma Collins; and his aunts, Scaife Foster of Tarzana, California, Nancy Gibson of Little Rock, Arkansas and Geraldine Nelson (Donald) of Texarkana, Arkansas.
