He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Lee Andrew Parks; his parents, Katie Sain and Bish Parks; his children, Frankie Ellington of Little Rock, AR, Joe Jackson (Texas), Quarkeea Johnson (Shonda) of Little Rock, AR, Shalaundra Chelle Carter (Detrick) of Jacksonville, AR and LaTravain De'Ar Parks (Dee) of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Thomas Sain of Chicago, IL, Jerry Sain of Marvell, AR, Annette Sain, Brenda Sain of Grand Rapids, MI, Della Sain of Marvell, AR and Irene Wilborn. He was also cherished by grandfather as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
