With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Pettie of Marvell, Arkansas, who passed away on November 7, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Pettie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Edward Morton and Bessie Inez Morton VonKanel; her husband Ervin Franklin Pettie; and her close friend Don Gibson. She is survived by: her children, DeWayne Pettie (Sheila) of Germantown, Vicky Wiggins (Donny) of Marion, Deanna Bartlett of Jonesboro, Perry Pettie of Marvell and Brian Pettie (LeAnn) of Bono; and her sisters, Betty Jo Drennan of Lexa, Jerry VonKanel of Lexa and Dianne Rymel (Randy) of Lonoke. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Twin City Church of Christ West Helena (1615 US 49, West Helena, AR 72390). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (5783 US 49, West Helena, AR 72390).
