Florstine was loved and cherished by many people including: children, Walter Phillips, Brenda Phillips, Tammy Young (Carlos), Sharon Burkett, Reggie Phillips, Tonya Williams, Stacey Phillips, Derrick Phillips (Latoris) and Tiffany Phillips.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (125 N Coanza, West Helena, AR 72390).
