We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2020, at the age of 90, Ceifus Phillips of Marvell, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Phillips and Lou Ella Phillips; and his brother Richard Phillips of Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Mable Phillips; his children, Ceifus Phillips, Jr. (Andrea) of Niles, MI, Stevie Phillips of Elkhart, IN, Ricky Phillips (Laura) of West Helena, AR, Sandra Phillips of Niles, MI and Tracie Phillips-Williams, Sr. (Anthony) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Sally Mae Lillard of Marvell, AR; and his friend Sonya Hankerson Phillips. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
