He is survived by: his mother Mollie Balentine (Richardson) of Marshall, Arkansas.; his wife Rita Miller of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Katie, Andrew and Hannah; and his brothers, Joe Balentine of Harrison and Drew Balentine of Joplin, Missouri.
