He was predeceased by: his father William Ovel Horton. He is survived by: his mother Melva Sue Patterson Horton of Marshall; his wife Vicki Watts Horton; his children, Billy Horton (Santana) of Mayflower and Christian Passmore (Joseph) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Tatum Horton, Hayden Passmore and Brooklynn Passmore; his sister Rhonda Horton (John) of Russellville; his niece Amanda Besterfeldt (Chris); and his nephew Aaron Horton (Charlie). He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
