He was predeceased by: his parents, Nola May Scott Treat and Stonewall William Treat. He is survived by: his siblings, William Glen, Johnnie Rae, Bonnie Fay, James Mason and Carolyn Ann; his sons, Steve and Stan; his wife Evelyn; and his daughter Susan. He is also survived by 8 grandkids, 11 great-grandkids and one great-great-granddaughter.
