He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Phillips Ragland; his children, Kevin Ragland (Kim) of Greenbrier, Greg Ragland (Shawn) of Marshall and Karen McGill of Batesville; his grandchildren, Brandon Ragland, Zack McGill, Ashley Walker, Julia Lee McGill, Adam Ragland, Grant Ragland, Jeremiah McGill and Isaac Ragland; his great grandchild Logan McGill; his siblings, Melvin Ragland (Carol), Harrel Ragland, Marvin Ragland (Beverly), Dean Lawrence (Michael), Kathy Morrison (Eddie), Roger Ragland (Sherri) and Bill Ragland (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Roylee Ragland. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
