He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Barrett and Emma Jane Taylor Barrett; his daughter April Sinclair; his great grandchild Landon Childers; his sister Frankie Holt; his brother-in-law James Holt; and his son-in-law Cecil Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Eileen Ragland Barrett; his daughters, Mendy Beck (Rick), Teleena Kelley, Tanya Cypert (Clint), Amber Kyle (Daniel) and Reanna Ragland (Brian); and his siblings, Darvin Barrett (Jan), Keith Barrett (Cheryl) and Mildred Harvey (Glen). He is also survived by eighteen grandkids.
