He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Neely and Billie Ann Parmer Neely; and his brother Billy Ray Cannon Parmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret "Marty" Neely Jackson of Pine Bluff, Thomas Wayne Neely (Jane) of Pine Bluff, Brenda Neely of Pine Bluff, Kay Parmer of Sheridan and Kathy Cannon Campbell (Robert) of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
