He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carraway; and his children, Brandi Walker, Juanita Shockley, Hannah Capel (David), Katie Irvan (Kent), Tracy Carraway (Amanda), Paul Hollis (Shanin), Bobbie Joe Carraway, Josh Hopkins (Kay) and Johnny Hopkins (Araceli). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
