He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Harris Hogue and Thurman L. Hogue; and his siblings, H. T. Hogue, Jannavieve Virden Owens, Jack Hogue, Barbara Sanders Zawislak, Mardell Gray and Bill Hogue.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Hogue; his children, Alesha Elliott (Kevin), Kimberly Harness (Nick), Julie Miller (Thomas) and Ricki Campbell (Jason); his grandchildren, Matt Harness (Hayden), Abbey Turner (Austin), Kaitlinn Hale, Savannah Hale, Logan Harness (Evie), Megan Baysinger (Jonathon), Lizzy Hale, Lily Campbell and Connor Miller; his great grandchildren, Meikayla Buckner, Kevin Buckner, Ella Buckner, Drake Buckner, Maylee Turner and Raelinn Martinez; and his brother Jim Hogue (Gerda) of Oregon.
