He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Jackson Patterson and Elizabeth DePriest Patterson; his son Timothy Heath Patterson; his wife Ada Utley; and his siblings, Thomas, Clara, James, Bonnie, Agnes and William.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Patterson of Sacramento, Jack Patterson (Loraine) of Colorado Springs and Eugene Patterson of Hollister, California.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
