He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskell Cash and Blanche Treat Cash; his brother Harold Cash; and his uncle Paul Cash. He is survived by: his children, Michele Cash Ragland (Joseph Ragland) of Marshall, Mygan Pruitt (Trey Pruitt) of Marshall and Dustin Horton (Kandi Horton) of Marshall; his wife Johnett Cash; his siblings-in-law, Malinda Cash Morris and Kelley Campbell; his parents-in-law, Mark and Donna Lane; his nephews, Tracy Cash and Donald Andrew Cash; and his grandchildren, Lance Ragland, Jaylin Pruitt, Cherrie Horton, Josie Ragland, Parker Pruitt, Campbell Horton, Hudson Dean Ragland, Tinslee Pruitt and Haskell Kent Ragland. He is also survived by 5 great-nephews.
