He is survived by: his spouse Sheril Holton Norvell; his children, Angel Jean Brown (Joseph) of Marshall, Mandy Swayze of Chesapeake, VA, Tiffany Spence of Franklin, VA, Elvis Arnold Spence Jr. of Portsmouth, VA and Jesse Spence of Franklin, VA; his parents, Linda Connor of Big Flat and Donald Norvell of Chesapeake, VA; and his brothers, Larry Norvell of Chesapeake, VA and Donald Norvell Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
