He is survived by: his daughter Carla Fisher of Benton; and his siblings, Clifton Ragland (Shirley) of Marshall, Wilbur Ragland of Marshall, Alice Simpkins (Ellis) of Marshall and Anna Cunningham of St. Joe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
