He is survived by: his grandchild His; his wife Tammy Loggins Jackson; his children, Christopher Miller, John Allen Jackson Kirby, Crystal McCumpsey (Aaron) and Tiffany Geisser; his stepsons, James Cody Hinchey (Danielle) and Jesse Wayne Hinchey (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Destiny, Aubrey, Kayla, Alex McCumpsey, Ashton Griesser, Anthony, Landon, Kylden, Harley Miller, Jacy, Jeremiah, Jennings Hinchey and Caden Nipp; his sisters, Robin Wheeler (Perry) and Stephanie Reid (Aaron); and his close friend Scott Oliver (Belinda).
