She was predeceased by: her parents, Conley Horton and Ada Tackett Horton; and her sisters, Charlene Boyd and Monaco Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, Robert Larry Parks (Kathy) of Virginia Beach, Karen Cates (Steve) of Cabot and Jimmie Don Parks (Marian) of Harrison; her grandchildren, Bobby Parks of Virginia Beach, Will Parks (Ashley) of Virginia Beach and Stephanie Taylor (Brandon) of Cabot; her great grandchildren, Braden Avey and Cole Avey; and her cousin Coy Lee Horton (Sue) of Marshall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
