He is survived by: his children, Sherri Parks Ragland of Marshall and Brian Parks (Tina) of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Curtis Ragland (Erin) of Mt. Vernon, Briana Redman (Adam) of Marshall, Landra McBee (Aaron) of Harrison, Blain Parks of Conway and Laynee Parks of Conway; his great grandchild Marney Ragland; and his siblings, Bob Parks, Jim Parks, Gail Mainord, Willy Parks, Mike Parks, Tim Parks, John Parks, Kathy James and Dortha Treece. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
