It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Williams of Marshall, Arkansas, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Watts and Imogene Davis Watts; and her brothers, Carroll, Rudolph (Rudy) and Jackie Lynn.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Gene; her daughters, Melissa (Jeffery Jackson) and Wendy (Scott Barnett); her siblings, Colene Gordon of St Louis, MO, Thelma Nadine Marshall of Marshall and Kenneth (Kenny) of Hillsboro, MO.; and her close friends, Carla Harness, Norma Babb and Fay Graham.
