He is survived by: his brothers, Darrell Horton (Cindy) of Marshall and James Horton (Jackie) of Marshall; his children, Crystal Horton of Marshall, Jermey Horton of Marshall, Courtney Brenaman of Harrison and Christian Ragland (Darren) of Leslie; and his grandchildren, McKinsey Ward, Levi Alsobrooks, Addilyn Horton, Reese Ragland, Lyla Ragland and Gracyn Brenaman.
