She is survived by: her husband Woody Smith; her sons, Dr. Stacy Smith of Mount Vernon and Bryan Smith of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Derek Smith of Liberty, Brooke Smith of Kearney and Brianna Smith of Liberty, Missouri; her siblings, Lorraine Ellett of West Plains, Barbara Henry (William Ellis) of Marshall, Arkansas, Reynold Horton (Tina) of Marshall, Arkansas, Robert C. Horton (Linda) of Conway, Debbie Horton (John Nation) of Hot Springs, Nancy Williams (Mike) of Hartman, Arkansas and Steve Kuykendall (Maggie) of Batesville, Arkansas; her aunts, Jerlene Parks of Marshall, Arkansas and Emogene Horton of Marshall, Arkansas; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Nimmick of Cordova, Jackie Smith (Oma Dale) of Berryville, Arkansas, Maxine Turano (Don) of Yuba City, Demoia Knowles of Oklahoma City, Ella Lee Smith of Marshall and Linda Smith of Lee's Summit. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
