He is survived by: his wife Alicia Marie Crumley Mize; his children, Brittany Nicole Mize of Marshall and Tac Crumley (Shelby) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Camio Mize, Ancil Crumley and Jude Crumley; his siblings, Jim Mize (Karen) of Belton, MO, Maudie Douthit of Mabelvale, Claude Mize (Loretta) of Marshall and Ronald Mize of Marshall; his mother-in-law Gladys Crumley of Marshall; and his uncle Carthel Crumley (Felisa) of Marshall. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
