He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Garrison England and Ora Gordan Drewry England; and his siblings, Billie Jean Epley, Joe England and Dale England.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sanders England; his children, Charles England (Amy) and Annie England Kennedy (Mike); his grandchildren, Sarah "Girlfriend" Ponder (Blake), Bailey, Hall (Jared) and Shanna; and his great grandchildren, Kenslee "Kens" Greene, Brayden "Thumper" Childress, Ava "Dumplin" Childress and Henley "Princess" Hall. He is also survived by his community, family and friends.
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CARTI of Conway or Highland Court in Marshall.
