He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roger Baker Sr. and Delia Llwyd Baker; and his stepmother Wilma Baker. He is survived by: his children, Dallas Baker of Marshall, Amanda Baker of Marshall, Kayla Oliver (Johnny) of Marshall and Angelina Baker of Bradford; his grandchildren, Serenity Baker, Kenslee Oliver and Ripp Owens; his sisters, Ann Brown of Greenbrier, Charmane Baker of Beebe and Renita Hammack of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; and his close friends, Riley Cooper and Jesse Hinchey (family: Cody Hinchey, Charlie, Shirley Barnett). He is also survived by family, Cody Hinchey and family.
