He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Bush; his sons, Dean Bush of Kasilof, AK, Don Bush (Dawn) of Denard, AR and Mark Bush of New Braunfels, TX; his grandchildren, Brandi Goodchild (Paul) of Clinton, AR, Cody Bush of Conway, AR and Tyler Bush of Japan; his great grandchildren, Megan and Catie Goodchild; his sister Adah Elaine Phillipps of Clute, TX; and his half-brothers, Byron and Sidney Bush.
