He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Balentine; his grandchildren, Kara Ford (Travis) and Corey Balentine (Whitney); and his great grandchildren, Eston Ford, Anna Ford, Elle Balentine and Beckham Balentine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
