Bettie Jane Nix Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Jane Nix (Marshall, Arkansas), who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Battershell and Vada Lindsey Battershell; her husband Billy Joe Nix; her siblings, H. G. Battershell, Jimmie Lee Falls and Bennie Jean Treat; her brothers-in-law, George Treat and Russell Falls; and her nephew Tom Falls.
She is survived by: her daughter Sammie Horton (Terry) of Southlake, TX; her grandchildren, Ashlee Horton (Robert) of Argyle, TX and Trent Horton (Carol) of Southlake, TX; her great grandchildren, Braden Hinkle of Southlake, TX, Trevor Horton of Southlake, TX, Ella Horton of Southlake, TX and Lily Horton of Southlake, TX; her niece Leslee Falls of Leeds England; and her close friend Kathy Adams.
