He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery Gene Bixler; and his siblings, Jesse Wayne Bixler and Kathy Jane Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Mikelyn Joyce Champagne; his daughters, Tina Bixler of Covina and Tracy Bixler Gorham of Marshall; his grandchildren, Chad Chase of Oklahoma City, Victoria Misener of Covina, Trapper Bixler and Jeffery "Bull" Bixler; his siblings, Barbara Smith (James) of Fayetteville, Ollie Dean Bixler of Huntsville and Jack Bixler (Debbie) of Bergman; his grandchildren, Dave Carson, Mike Oras, Carroll Small, David Carson, Charlie Tyler, Buddy Parks, James Smith and Michael Smith; and also Stacy of Marshall. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
