He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Huggins and Lenois Huggins; and his siblings, Bobby Huggins and Doris Jean Huggins. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Yates, Shelly Neasham, Danny Neasham and Spencer Goettch (Christine); and his brothers, Dennis Huggins, Claude Huggins and Gordy Huggins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
