She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Wamble and Lora Wamble; her siblings, Berlin Wamble, Gaylon Wamble, Bob Rowe, Joe Wamble, Roberta Abbott, Lilian Howard, Bonnie June Hnatiuk, Clara Jean Harvey and Judy Wamble; and her great grandchild Luke Kellums.
She is survived by: her husband John Berlie Phillips; her children, Kale (Melissa Phillips), Greg (Kay Phillips), Kathy Carr and Kim (David Kellums); her grandchildren, Lacey Sain, Amber McClain, Brandon Carr, Blake Phillips, Drew Kellums, Dustin Kellums and Kasey Kellums; her great grandchildren, Caitlin McClain, Conner McClain, Kynzley Sain, Tanner Carr, Kalyana Sain, Khloe Phillips, Tegan Carr, Karsyn Phillips, Ben Kellums and Kate Kellums; and her great great grandchild Maebry Sample.
